Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your BioGaia Ireland purchase. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To arrange a return, please contact us by email at support@biogaiaireland.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, please return the item to us within 14 days.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed probiotic products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first, as this helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

Products purchased from one of our stockists should be returned directly to the stockist where the purchase was made. If needed, we will work with the stockist to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@biogaiaireland.ie with your order number and photos of the item and packaging where possible.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate solution in line with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Where we ask you to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage agreed with us in advance.

Packaging & Recycling
We aim to use responsible packaging for all BioGaia Ireland orders. Please recycle outer delivery packaging where local facilities exist. BioGaia Ireland reviews its packaging obligations in line with applicable Irish and EU packaging regulations.
