Delivery Information

We want to make receiving your BioGaia order as quick and straightforward as possible.

We deliver BioGaia products throughout the Republic of Ireland, with free next day delivery on orders over €75.

Orders below €75 are charged a standard delivery fee of €5.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are delivered with next day delivery as standard with DPD. Depending on the time of day your order is placed and where in the country you are based, you will receive your order within 24-48 hours.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on orders over €75. Orders BELOW €75 are charged as a standard delivery fee of €5.

What courier do you use?

DPD is our trusted delivery partner, helping us ensure your BioGaia order reaches you safely and efficiently. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive delivery updates directly from DPD where available, including tracking information so you can follow your order on its journey. Please make sure your delivery address, email address and mobile number are correct when placing your order, as these details may be used by DPD to provide delivery updates.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available delivery or tracking information.

Please ensure the email address entered during checkout is correct.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to help.

When contacting us, please include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you notice an error with your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at support@biogaiaireland.ie.

We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing from your delivery, contact support@biogaiaireland.ie as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel/products. Our team will assist you.

Do you deliver outside the Republic of Ireland?

BioGaia Ireland currently delivers to addresses within the Republic of Ireland. For BioGaia products outside Ireland, please visit your local BioGaia website or authorised retailer.
